The goods must be unused. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions)
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 15 days from the day you received your order.
Lingerie and clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect).
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
Free offers will be accounted for if the returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. We will deduct the value of the free offer goods from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please include any free items with your returned goods if the order value drops below the free offer level.
