Method of application:

Before inserting and removing the Soft Tampons, it is necessary to wash the hands.

1. For easier insertion, apply a small amount of lubricant to the Soft Tampon or moisten it with clean water and drain well to achieve maximum absorbency.
2. Inserting the Soft Tampon is easier while squatting or sitting on the restroom.
3. Hold the Soft Tampon with two fingers on the sides and squeeze it. The recess on the underside creates the finger slot to move the Soft Tampon into place. With the other hand, open the lips of the vulva and push the Soft Tampon with one finger into the vagina, so that it applies to the cervix. Duration of application: Change the Soft-Tampon at regular intervals. Adjust the duration of application of the Soft Tampon to the changing intensity of your menstruation. The duration of application should not exceed 8 hours. However, we recommend changing after 4 to 6 hours. In case of heavy bleeding, you should change the Soft Tampons every 3 to 5 hours. The risk of infections is reduced when you change the Soft Tampon immediately after visiting a swimming pool or after having sex without a condom.

The subtraction:
For easier removal, the Soft Tampon has a built-in loop, which you can easily grab with one finger. Alternatively, you can grab the Soft Tampon by one of the two wings and remove it. Removal is made easier when squatting, as this reduces the depth of the sinus. Put extra pressure on the Soft Tampon so it moves further forward for easier access. And vaginal douching can help, as a full Soft Tampon automatically slides down so you can grab it easier. At the end of your period, don’t forget to remove the last Soft Tampon.

Generally speaking: Soft Tampons are not contraceptives. They can be used without fear in combination with condoms.

ATTENTION! TAMPONS ARE SINGLE USE! Never use Soft Tampons more than once, as ideal effectiveness is only achieved in one use and multiple use can lead to infections. Store in their original packaging and away from light! Discoloration is not a defect.
